M.O.V.E. (Movement-Oriented-Variable-Exercise) NJ is an appointment-only health and fitness facility located at 909 Jefferson Street in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Our clients receive the highest quality training from our nationally certified coaches. A Functional Movement Screen is performed on all clients to identify limitations or asymmetries. The screen acts as a total body evaluation screen for individuals with no current pain or known musculoskeletal injury as well as those with a history of reoccurring injuries and helps determine potential risk of injury. The fitness screen then acts as a blue print for our Program Design Specialist to create a customized workout to address any dysfunctions. Each client receives an individualized program to fit their own personal needs and goals.
